AP&P respects the right to privacy, and your ability to make informed choices about the uses of the information you send to AP&P. This privacy statement explains policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information. 

We collect personal information you provide us, such as when you:

  • Sign up for or bring current your account information;
  • Send in a rental, employment, extension of credit application for processing, request public records or use our drug testing services.
  • Give us payment information for payment of account;
  • Contact us for any reason through fax, phone or Internet

We do not sell, rent, share or disclose personal information, without authorized consent from you.

Uses and Disclosures

  • Personal information is released for the sake of processing screening reports or evictions or making payment on an account.. 
  • We may use or disclose personal information in the good faith belief that we are lawfully authorized to do so.
  • Personal information, may be disclosed or transferred as part of, any merger or if the company is sold.

Protection of Personal, Credit Card and/or Credit File Information
AP&P has adopted security systems, and measures as an effort to protect personal information from loss, misuse or alteration while it is under AP&P control. AP&P measures are outlined in our ‘Data Disposal & Identity Theft Protection Plan’, and is Federal FCRA compliant, and compliant according to credit bureau policies.

Customer Data Disposal
Customer data is held for the duration of federal and state statues, then destroyed with Federal FACTA and FCRA compliant methods.
